Form processing step conditions cannot filter on Email Group subscriptions

Please add the option to make form processing steps conditional based on Email Group subscriptions. Currently the only workaround is to send the customer to a program/campaign, do the check and then perform other actions (usually to subscribe or unsubscribe based on subscription status).
