Embed clicks into STO algorithm

From the documentation I can find it seems the send time optimisation only keeps into account opens. I have customers asking me if there is any way to do STO based on Clicks.

I think the best way would be to embed clicks in the same algorithm so that the STO engine calculates the best time based on opens but it notices that a person clicks more frequently at certain times it should take note of it and keep it into account.

It would be great if we could have the click for STO, it should apply to Oracle Responsys as well.
