Provide a reason/warning when adding segments that contain the same contacts

Every so often users come to me asking why their contacts are not entering their campaign canvas.

This can have various reasons:

  • the campaign was already active with those contacts and the user tries to re-add them
  • the user has multiple segments on the canvas and the contacts are already in the campaign from the other segment

It would be great to have some kind of warning if a user adds multiple segments and there is overlap. It should not block you but at least make you aware.

Secondly there should be some 'not added/excluded' section on the segment where you can see who of the segment is not added (post activation) and why.
