    Hello,

The Deduplication Rule Data Tools can be used to create a custom workflow in Program Builder to delete matched records automatically. However, this workflow is not supported. Once the contact records have been deleted there is no log of the contact entering program builder or being deleted.

Please note that the delete activity cannot be undone.

The best practice for deleting contacts is to use a Deduplication Rule to create a Shared List of contacts to be deleted. This Shared List can be exported and then uploaded to Eloqua to delete the contact records.

Using this method the delete activity will be recorded on the Upload History found in the Settings > Integration > Inbound > Reporting menu. While the contacts are not recorded in the Upload Details, the user who completed the action and the file name are captured and can be used to reference how the contacts may have been removed.
