Having "Sync with CRM checkbox" not selected by default in Eloqua Campaigns

As the "Sync with CRM checkbox" is selected by default in the campaigns, we are not able to fully use Campaign integration in Salesforce App because, all eloqua camapigns will be synced to Salesforce with this checkbox is preselected and it is causing us data loss in Salesforce.

We have many Eloqua users from all countries and not all Eloqua campaigns should be sent to Salesforce. So, we would like this checkbox to be unselected when the Campaign is first created and if the cmapaign needs to be sent to Salesforce, the user can select the checkbox.
