Eloqua's Move to OCI: Oracle CX Sales/Salesforce Intg Apps - Allowlists and IP Change Required

Overview
As a result of Eloqua’s Move to OCI, customers who are using login IP restrictions with the Salesforce Integration App or Oracle CX Sales Integration App will be required to make an IP Address change on the CRM side to ensure the app continues to have access. Specific timing can be found below.
Note: If Oracle CX Sales/Salesforce or any of our Oracle Built Apps are behind WAFs or proxies and while those apps may or may not have their own allowlists, the firewall/proxy may cause an issue and you will want to discuss with your IT Team.
New IP Address are as follows:
- POD 1 and 2: 192.29.9.91
- POD 3 and 4: 147.154.24.50
- POD 6: 192.29.194.203
- POD 7: 192.29.144.150
Not sure which POD your Eloqua environment is on? Learn how to find your POD.
Timeline
The new IP Address(es) must be added by the maintenance window for Oracle-built Apps:
- March 12, 2021 for POD 1 and 2
- March 26, 2021 for POD 3, 4 and 6
Dates Subject to Change.
Note: While the new IP Address can be added on the CRM side any time between now and the deadline for your Eloqua POD, do not remove the existing IP address until after the date listed above.

Can you share with me the current public IP Addresses for SFDC Integration App for pod 4? We are experiencing some issues due to this.

@JodyMooney-Oracle please confirm that there is no such IP allowlist update in Eloqua, since the change must be completed on SFDC side, if it has IP restriction.
-
This specific change is required in SFDC, not in Eloqua. IP restrictions with SFDC or CX Sales are only impacted. No allow list updates in Eloqua are required.

Is this applicable for Pod1 keeping the fact in mind that movement to OCI is postponed to 2022 for Pod1

Good question, and yes, this is still applicable for POD 1 (and 2, 3, 4, and 6).
If you are using login IP restrictions with the Salesforce Integration App or Oracle CX Sales Integration App will be required to make an IP Address change on the CRM side to ensure the app continues to have access. It would need to be completed by:
- March 12, 2021 for POD 1 and 2
- March 26, 2021 for POD 3, 4 and 6
