Eloqua: How can I pull overall engagement reporting for certain contacts in Insights?

I'm trying to pull an overview of engagement for certain leads that came in from certain LinkedIn Campaigns.

I just want to know their overall email activity, web activity and form submissions over the last 2 months. I'm able to pull this data as a whole but not specifically segmenting certain contacts.

Has anyone had success with this and would be willing to share how they did it?

Hi there, segment reporting is limited in that it is based on email deployments.

I'm not sure if this would help, but in Eloqua you could put those leads into a contact list. Then in Insight, build a contact list based report that incudes the list's contacts + id. Save that report and use it to filter a campaign report showing you the activities you're interested in.

    Good luck!

Hi evansledright, I stumbled into this thread and was amazed there aren't more people asking the same question!

What I could suggest, is to put the Lead Scoring to use. Build a lead score model for your LinkedIn contacts. Set the thresholds you would like to see for activity - trial and error may be involved to get a good spread of scores for your contacts.

Then, run the scoring model and use the report in Insight "Lead Score by Contact". Or just View Contacts for your group or segment and export these.

This solves the two-headed problem (a) the scoring provides a simple representation to help you make decisions (b) runs automatically all day long, and you can get the latest results anytime.
