Oracle Maxymiser has reached "End of Life". What customers should do now?

Oracle Maxymiser Cloud Service was assigned “End of Life” status, which is in effect from May 31, 2024.

It means that Maxymiser has retired all the endpoints to the platform, so any references to the below services will eventually lead to long timeouts affecting your online visitors.

To avoid any impact on your applications please perform the following cleanup:

  • Remove the reference to the standalone Maxymiser tag (or the Maxymiser module from the CX tag, if you’ve set up the module in Unity Behavioral Intelligence) on all your websites;
  • Remove the Maxymiser Android/iOS SDK from your mobile apps;
  • Stop sending requests to the Maxymiser APIs from all your apps. The APIs include Campaign Delivery API, Customer Data API, Campaign Management API.
