How to limit Family and Emergency Contacts to 'view only' to a HR Data Role

Hi,

We have created a data role called "HR Reference Role", which is intended to provide view-only access across all functionalities. While this restriction works as expected for most areas, we are facing an issue with Family and Emergency Contacts.

Currently, users with this role are still able to see the “+” icon and the Add/Delete options on this page. Our requirement is to make this section strictly view-only, preventing users from adding or deleting contacts.

I have already reviewed the available support documentation, but none of the suggested approaches resolved the issue. Could you please advise on how we can configure the role to restrict Family and Emergency Contacts to view-only access when users attempt to access them for other employees?
