How to add configure National Identifiers Validation in Oracle HCM?

First, we would like to understand if the Place of Birth is a standard field available in Oracle HCM Cloud for Italy and if it is considered in the generation or validation of the National Identifier (Fiscal Code).

Currently, in Oracle HCM , the system performs validation check on the National Identifiers (i.e. Fiscal Code for Italy ) based on first name, last name, and date of birth.

We would like to understand the feasibility to include the place of birth in this validation process to ensure a more complete and accurate verification of the National Identifier.
Adding this field would help improve data accuracy and consistency during employee data entry and validation processes.
