Standard CPQ Reconfigure action is not honoring the Iframe in SFDC

Summary:

CPQ is being used in a iframe within SFDC. On reconfigure action it looses the iframe context and even after save/cancel action on the configuration, it moves to full cpq window and CPQ in a iframe is gone. This is a standard OOTB reconfigure action. Attached the Video snippet.

Is this a known product Bug?
