Redwood: Bulk "send interview invite" not loading at interview team

While trying to use bulk "Send Interview Invite" option for candidates to select based on availability. Once the recruiter gets to the "Interview Team" section the system doesn't load. It spins and you must cancel out and do each interview invite individually. Is there a missed step?
