VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance disabled after Free Trial expired - Unable to recover data

Hello,

I am using an Oracle Cloud Always Free account.

My Oracle Cloud Free Trial expired on July 18, 2026. Immediately after the Free Trial ended, my VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance became disabled.

The instance now shows the following error:

"Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to re-enable."

I cannot start the instance or perform any action such as creating a custom image because every request returns the same error.

I also cannot open a Technical Support Request because my tenancy is an Always Free account and is not eligible for Oracle Support.
