List the ways Redwood for Learning is more than just a UI/Ux change

Summary:

We have been working on the Redwood Learning enablement. I was recently in a call where a leader stated that Redwood was a UI/UX change and didn't seem to know how this was a fundamental platform change. Can someone help me explain this update and how much has actually changed. I feel like this is a whole new learning platform in many ways. Not just a visual change.
