Activating the Sandbox Account
Hi
I have refreshed a sandbox account per the screenshot below:
I am using the admin role though I did not receive an email when the refresh was completed.
There is also no option to activate the refreshed version of sandbox.
I have never come across this with other client accounts before. What could be causing this?
