Unable to submit an Online Case via SuiteAnswers
I need to submit a case but the button for doing so is missing. The only button showing is for submitting by phone, but we do not pay for phone support. I have seen Article 79387 and 77808 and have followed the instructions of both and still unable to submit case thru SuiteAnswers.
Would love so insight on this.
