How do we request that our database be moved to a different server?
We received another NetSuite email today indicating that "normal" Maintenance will be performed on Tuesday August 10, 2021 at 1am PDT.
That is fine for our USA and European offices. But again, this is smack-dab in the middle of our Asian office's Tuesday afternoon workday.
I have asked multiple times that these times be changed. The NS cookie-cutter answer is, "can't do it, you are on a group server. Your only option is to pay us a lot more money to have your own server."
NetSuite charges an insane amount of money to be moved to a private server, so that is out of the question.
