Update Average Cost - Post Go Live - Inventory On Hand

How to update average cost values in bulk (post-go-live)?

Only way that I'm aware of is with an Inventory Adjustment to remove inventory. Then put it back with another inventory adjustment with the new Average Cost.

This will need to be done across the board with all items (10-12k total).
