Square Terminal

Hi, I have just added a new location in netsuite that will be a mobile event location.  I am setting up a Square Credit Card terminal.  

Then I am working on importing the transactions from square into Netsuite Celigo looks to have a good system to make Cash sales.

I am wondering what fields are required on a "cash sale" in netsuite for the taxes to correctly post into Avatax.  

I was thinking of having the Square Celigo intergration make a customer account for each customer. Not sure how to deal with the lack of address information.
