Custom Time Approval - Buttons

Hello!

We are currently testing setting up our own approval workflow for time bill entries. Once the workflow has been put in place, I noticed that some of the functionality regarding approving and rejecting is gone.

For example, this is how a time entry looks within a timesheet without a custom workflow approval:

This is how it looks once the change is made in Accounting Preferences:

Is it possible to retain some of that functionality?
