Single User for Multiple Subcustomers
What is the best practice for handling situations where we have a single customer user that is responsible for ordering via SuiteCommerce for multiple subcustomers? This is a very common situation for which I do not see an answer. We have to use subcustomers because the customer departments each need a separate statement. Since there is no way to separate statements by billing address, subcustomers are the recommended approach. That said, this customer, like numerous others, has one order placer that handles orders for multiple departments. How do we accomplish this without creating multiple (duplicate)
