Close Multiple Periods 1 of out 2 locked (Quick close)
Hello everybody,
When using the button 'Close Multiple Periods' it should close the period at one. I experience some problems when using this option within the 'Controller' role. When I use this option, I get to see a clock icon in the columns A/P Transactions, A/R Transactions and All G/L Transactions and the period is not closed. When I hover over the Icon a text shows "1 of out 2 locked".
When I perform the same action from the Administrator account everything works fine. I've checked the permissions. The Controller does have enough permissions to perform the 'Close Multiple Periods' (Set Up Accounting and Period Closing Management permissions).
