Allow Cross-Subsidiary: Not all Sales Reps visible
Hello Everyone!
I'm experiencing a problem with the Sales Rep list on a Customer: It does not always shows all the employees with the option 'SALES REP' active. The problem seems to be the linked subsidiary. I'm going to try to explain my situation within an example.
Example:
I have two roles, two subsidiaries, three employees and one customer.
Roles
- Administrator
- Sales Account Manager
Subsidiaries
- Parent Company
- Subsidiary 1
Employee
- Employee 1
- Subsidiary = Subsidiary 1
- Sales Rep = NOT active
- Employee 2
- Subsidiary = Subsidiary 1
- Sales Rep = Active
- Employee 3
- Subsidiary = Parent Company
- Sales Rep = Active
Customer
- Customer 1
- Subsidiary = Subsidiary 1
