Customer dispute a credit card charge

Hello,

I have a customer who just disputed a credit card charge on an invoice because he used the wrong credit card and would like to have us reprocess on the correct credit card. Could someone please walk me through on how to make this invoice open again so I can process the payment on another credit card.
