Hero Banner image not workingg properly

I am trying to change out an image on our hero banner. We have an SCS site using Horizon theme. The new image shows up but it doesnt look right, it is as if it is zoomed in, so it is fuzzy and too big for the frame.


I have tried resizing the image file, but nothing works. Any ideas?
