Select Account on vendor prepayment record

Greetings,

my customer wants an ability to change Account on Vendor prepayment record, as they have various accounts, depending on the vendor/item ordered. Currently that field is disabled, is there a way to make it "Normal" so customer can choose which account that should be used.
