revenue distribution between teams

We are building a product that can be sold globally. If a sales person is in country 1, sells a product belonging to country 2 in country 2, then the revenue should go to 50% to the country 1 region for sales effort and 50% into country 2 region due to ownership of product. Can this be achieved from netsuite ARM functionality?
