How to import Special/Scientific Characters in Display Name/Code?
is there a list of characters that should not be used when importing into Netsuite?
I have heard using the " to = inch is a no-no? But I can manually type " in the display name code and it works fine. So, what about 0°, ©, ™ ? We also have a number of items that use a screw size of 6-32 that somehow gets converted into June and a year(for the 32). 3/4 converts to 0.75. Now I caught that with the data being extracted as an .xls file vs a .csv - so that one I can prevent. We also use scientific characters like: 22µF (it's got that little tail) so, is there some sort of list of common do not use in an import?
