Why is Work Breakdown Structure Template not applying all the lines?

Hello all,

  1. Does anybody know how many lines can be safely added to a WBS for things to work smoothly? I am working on a WBS which has about 200 lines and its causing issues when trying to apply that as a template. The new WBS only picks the last line from the template.
  2. Is it possible to do a CSV import for WBS on a project?
