How to Track the Vendor Inventory Without Owning the Inventory?
Below is the scenario when a PO is created for 6800 , Vendor makes those 6800 in different batches and as they make it they keep it at vendor warehouse but customer would place order from that vendor as they get the orders but they want real time inventory how many of the 6800 is available, customer doesn’t own inventory until the sales order is fulfilled.
How would we be able to track the vendor inventory without owning the inventory, I thought about creating a location but if it's location the inventory in owned by the customer which won't be the case.
