Why is Discount Item not calculating correctly?
Hi Guru's. Need your help again. :)
We set up a discount item to give away accessories when a table is purchased at an event. This is how I have it set up, but it is not adding up properly.
I have tried both Apply Before Taxes box checked and unchecked
Here is an example of an order. All lines on the order are Not Taxable, so the total should equal $5000, but it is calculating $5298.00 for some reason.
Any ideas why?
