How to add Assembly in the Standard Outsourced Purchase Order?

the form "Standard Outsourced Purchase Order" do not show the Assembly lines after enabling the 'Outsourced Manufacturing" feature. appreciate assistance from community uregently.

out sourced location is created

outsourced vendor is created with the location under manufacturing tab.

Assemblies and BOM, BOM revision created.
