How to setup Outsourced Manufacturing for Assemblies?

Hi guru

we are wanting to do the following and stuck probably the limits on creating Assembly

Rice Bags as follows:

Rawmaterial Uom cost

Rice Bag Brand A Each 800

Rice Bag BRand B Each 900


Assembly

Rice Pack Brand A KG

Rice Pack Brand B KG

Packing charges (Outsourced Cost) Each bag of Rawmaterial = 100

BOM Revision

Assembly=Rice Pack Brand A

Primary Unit type = Weight

Primary Stock Unit = KG (could be any one of 2kg 5kg or 25kg)

Primary Sale Unit = KG

Primary Base Unit = KG

Components:

  1. Rice Bag Brand A
  2. Packing charges

During manufacturing the outsourced manufacturer repack the

RM= Rice Bag Brand A
