Why the 3-Way Match Approval Workflow does not work when set as Scheduled?
Hi, I guess I have an issue with my workflow. This is regarding the 3 Way Match.
- I've modified the native NetSuite's workflow to accomodate to our client's requirements.
- The workflow is the same until Approved status and once it gets approved, that is all parameters are good, based on the amount, it gets routed to other states.
- This works fine when the items are received and the billing happens after.
- However, when the user bills before the items are received, it goes to Pending Approval status as expected.
- I've added a Re-Validate button, that is routed back to Bill Validation
