What does "&#xD83D" mean in a SOAP Response?

Hi team,

We are getting a lot of responses from the NetSuite which contain the code "&#xD83D", the same code from different NetSuite accounts, and this code isn't parsable by the SOAP client. Could you please tell me what is the reason of such codes?
