How to create If Formula in a saved search?

Hello,

I have pricelevel 8 and discount price in my system. When discount price field blank means no discount available for customer.

I want to create a saved search for another purpose, want to add D and E column on saved search so I can driectly export the result for my team's convenience.

How is the formula I should use in saved search ?
