Is Price Update Via Import effect retrospective?

Hello,

Just a quick question regarding price importing. When we import price updates via CSV, should NS update all transaction records like quotes?

For example, i enter a quote on 7/1 with item ABC price of $5. I import price updates on 7/3 and new item ABC price is now $10. Will item ABC on the quote automatically update or do i need to manually update the item price?
