How Do I report on historical Sales Tax after implementing SuiteTax?

We are currently in the process of testing SuiteTax and the question came up regarding how to report on historical sales tax on transactions created prior to the SuiteTax implementation.

Does anyone have any insight into how this reporting functionality works for those transactions created prior to the cut over to SuiteTax?
