Salesforce Integration File Attachments
We've recently implemented Salesforce with a Boomi integration to NetSuite. Part of our sales process is for reps to complete a detailed configuration sheet in Excel. Pre Salesforce, NetSuite had a link to the blank form in the file cabinet, reps would then attach the completed file to a document field on the transaction.
The file is now being stored on the Salesforce record. Our config team needs it in NetSuite. Our SF developers have only been able to send it over as a csv. We need the Excel formatting and multiple tabs from the original file. The developers have said that csv is the only possible format they can send. Should there be a way to push the Excel version of the file to NetSuite?
