How to resolve Bulk Merge Error: You cannot perform a bulk merge operation with an empty group?
I'm trying to test using Bulk Merge and send customer statements. There is one customer in this group, and when I try perform the bulk merge, it give me this error message.
I checked Answer ID 41867, and believe it's not one of these situation, so I'm confused. Could you help me trouble shoot please? thank you!
User receives the following error message:
“You cannot perform a bulk merge operation with an empty group”
Solution
This error occurs due to one of the following reasons:
- Group Members have Global Subscription Status of Soft Opt-Out or Confirmed Opt-Out.
- Group Members are inactive.
