How to find bundles/features?

Hello!

I've been currently looking at some of the things you can do with Netsuite CRM. It seems like we have some of them enabled in our account, and we also have the CRM tab under Setup -> Company -> Enable features.

I have been wanting to check out the Customer Support Management, including using support cases and such, but I can't seem to be able to enable this or find it.

How can I check what bundles I have available under my account?
