Inventory On Hand Doesnt Match Inventory Detail Bin On Hand
Hello,
We have the item below - 9028514 - that shows qty 0 in the MIN SHRM Location. However, in the Inventory Tab, bin K-13, the qty on hand is 1. We need both locations to display qty of 1. Since the MIN SHRM Location is showing qty 0, it is being excluded in some of our inventory reports.
Same thing is happening with item 9028545 below, but we need both locations to have qty 1, not 1 and 2 in bin K-13.
These items dont appear on any bin put-away sheets and are not committed to any orders. The "use bins" box is checked as well. Seems like some "floating" or "phantom" inventory.
