SuiteApprovals Email Approval Reply not working in Sanbox
We have configured SuiteApprovals in Sandbox for Vendor Bill approvals based on custom rules and specific approvers that are related via saved search.
We added a custom List field to our Vendors that identifies the approver (Employee), and the saved searches returns Vendor Bills that are Pending Approval and where the Vendor Approver is filtered. We have a different saved search and approval rule for each approver.
This all is working well in testing, the Vendor Bill is set to the correct "Next Approver", the Bill is in "Pending Approval", and email is sent out for approval. But when the approver clicks either the Approve or Reject button the email repsponse is sent but nothing happens in NetSuite.
