Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Payment method without Cybersource as Processing Profile
Hi All,
Given that my credit card payment methods are linked to the Cybersource payment processing profile for a particular set of customer transactions, I'm exploring the optimal approach to capture the Payment's credit card information in NetSuite purely for record-keeping, not processing for some cases.
I'm considering creating new duplicate credit card payment methods in Netsuite without any processing profile association. Can you guide the best practice in this situation like do we need to create multiple payment methods with some for cybersource-associated transactions and create and keep others for not associating with cybersource transactions? Not sure if this duplicate payment method will be confusing to users. What would be the best practice?
