CSV Import Inventory Items - "Quantity on Hand" field not exposed

We are trying to follow SuiteAnswer 79197 to test how to import Inventory Items.

Everything seems to go well until B.6., 5th bullet -

Item Locations 1:Quantity on Hand <--> Item Locations 1: Quantity on Hand

As this screenshot shows, Item Location 1 does not have "Quantity on Hand" as a selection.

What might we be missing?
