Customer Global Search Doesnt Return Unique Customer
We are trying to figure out why when searching for a specific custom in the global search bar, the results include every record associated with said customer.
For example, we search for cus: Specialty Appliance. What we want is NS to return the customer in the results, but instead returns dozens of customer invoices associated with Specialty Appliance. When we click "Show All Results" the customer does not appear in the results.
We've tried many different search methods like: cust:, customer:, using quotation marks around the prefix and/or the customer name.
Not sure what else to try.
