Payment Date vs Deposit Date?
I am trying to get a saved search together on customer payment timing. The customer provides a report on the 7th of the month and a payment is recorded for that time to the bank the customer pays into. However, the customer is not always timely in making the payment. Is there a way to create a saved search that will show me the date of the payment transaction and the date it cleared the bank in order to determine timing between the two?
