New to NetSuite | Role not found in Create Access Tokens Page
in SuiteCloud
When you are new to NetSuite and have only started to set up your integrations, you may run into an issue where some roles are not found in the Access Tokens creation page of custom roles. In this example, a token for a role named SuiteCloud Integration Sample must be created.
1. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens > New
As shown in the screenshot below, the role is not included in the list.
2. To fix this, go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
3. Open the role in Edit mode.
4. Head to Permissions > Setup.
5. Add the Access Token Management permission.
6. Save
