The NetSuite Support Community requires registration and login prior to being able to post questions or view content. Once you are registered and logged in, the “Ask A Guru” forum is accessible. This forum is monitored and responded to by NetSuite Support personnel in addition to the community.
Registration is a two-step process:
- Create an Oracle SSO Account
- Create a NetSuite Community Account
How to Register for an Oracle account
Go to https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/ and click Register.
- Create a Free Oracle Account: This is used by Oracle NetSuite customers, employees, partners, and others to access public/protected communities hosted by Oracle.
- Fill in all required fields.
- You will receive an email to verify your email address. Please verify your email address to complete your registration.
Once you confirm your account, it will redirect you to the NetSuite Support Community homepage and log in.
How to Register for NetSuite Support Community
Click the “Join the NetSuite Support Community” button.
Select the support type of your NetSuite account and enter your NetSuite account number to join the NetSuite Support Community. Click “Apply”.
Note: A community moderator will review your registration and send you a direct message. Please check your inbox! You will receive a Welcome message once your registration is approved.

Look for your Support Type below your Account Number.
