1. Click Your Profile icon > Select Account & Privacy Settings.
2. Click the pencil icon beside your email address to edit.
3. You will be redirected to the Oracle Community page to update your new email address.
4. Click Save and Sign Out button
5. You will then be signed out. Click Next > Verify email address button.
6. Navigate to your email and click the Verify email address and sign in button.
7. Click Save & Continue.
8. You should then be able to confirm that your email address is now updated in your NetSuite Support Community Profile. In the event that the email address has not changed, please log out of the NetSuite Support Community and log back in for the changes to take effect.
